Cub Cadet provides a convenient service when you require a part for your push mower, garden tractor or zero-turn mower. Each part is recognized by its own number to make identification stress-free when you need a replacement, or spare. The Cub parts lookup tool is easy to navigate, even if you don’t know your part number. The tool includes parts diagrams of each system to quickly and accurately identify which part you need. Follow the easy steps and you can have Cub Cadet parts delivered to you, from the comforts of your home or office.

The brand and model number are listed in a drop-down menu.
- Select your brand
- Insert the correct model number
- Insert the part name or serial number
- Hit Search
The lookup tool goes to the next page that lists the part by number and name. The price and an “Add To Cart” option are listed on the same line. To the right of the buying option, a magnifying glass is available for you to click on so you can see the diagram of the part you are buying and where that part is located on your model. If the part shown is not what you are looking for then try a search through the drop-down menus on the left side of the lookup tool.

The tool will open into a new screen that shows a diagram of the part.
The zoom option lets you enlarge the picture so you can see the specific part you need. The diagram will label each part with a reference number. Match the reference number in the diagram with the parts list below. The list below the parts diagram allows you to see the part number, description and price of the numbered parts in the diagram. The list also includes an option to add the part to your shopping cart.
The “Add To Cart” option takes you to your shopping cart and shows the part you have selected. Review the parts order and the quantity you are ordering. You have the option to increase or decrease the quantity at this time. Under the order screen, there is a place to insert a promotional code for any discounts you may have for the part. This is the same as a coupon code that you may have received in an email. Once you are satisfied with the order, you can continue to checkout or continue shopping for additional parts.
Returning customers log into the system and new customers must create an account or enter an email address to purchase as a guest customer.
The next page requests your billing and shipping address. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, simply fill in the billing address. If you prefer to have the items shipped elsewhere, fill out both billing and shipping forms.
The following screen allows you to select your payment and shipping options. The shipping options show how soon your order will ship and the cost of the shipment. The payment option allows you to choose the type of credit card you want to use.
The credit card information page requires the card number, the expiration date and the security code from the back of the card. You must acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions of the company and then click on the “Submit Order” button. Your order will ship to the address you listed at the beginning of checkout.
